NEW BUSINESS
Ashley announced that the December Social would be at the
Wanda Hall instead of his and Beverly's home on Saturday
Dec. 10,2011 starting at 6:30 till. Since he and Beverly
are hosting it, just let Beverly know what you will be
bringing for the covered dish.
Dot Wu handled the nominations from the floor for the
officer elections of 2012. No one was nominated from the
floor so the slate of officers will remain the same as that
of 2011 except show chair. The following is our TOS
officers for 2012:
President --- Ashley Matherne
Vice President -- Robbie McMeel
Secretary -- Brenda Daigle
Treasurer -- Beverly Matherne
Member at Large -- Karen Breaux
Show Chairman -- Karen Breaux
Ashley also announced that the names be sent in for the
Diamond of Excellence Award. Send all names in to Brenda
with a short note on why you are choosing that person.
